A simple breakdown of my experience

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room and the efficiency of the staff. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring hot options like eggs, sausage, and delightful fresh waffles. The pool area was inviting, and the lobby was cozy. It truly made my stay enjoyable. I'll definitely return!

Friendly staff and good breakfast options.

When I first checked in, I encountered a significant issue with the cleanliness of my room. there were stained sheets that made me question the overall hygiene. The noise from the room above was unbearable, and I could hear every step they took, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, I found the hotel located in a less desirable area, heightening my discomfort while navigating to my car in the evening.

The added security measures were reassuring, and the breakfast had unique offerings like Tabasco sauce packets. However, the tight parking situation was concerning, and the location felt a bit unsettling with nearby homeless activity.

this was my second stay in albuquerque, and comfort inn exceeded my expectations during this romantic weekend. the room was incredibly clean, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious, especially the waffles and strawberries. the staff was super helpful, handling requests with a smile and catered to my needs throughout my stay.

The staff here were super friendly, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and well-kept, and I enjoyed the hearty breakfast spread.

However, the neighborhood felt sketchy, with areas that seemed unsafe, especially at night. The lack of nearby restaurants made dining options limited, which was disappointing.

We had a comfortable stay while visiting the balloon fiesta with our pets. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of delicious options like eggs and waffles. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our family feel right at home.

My children wanted quieter surroundings, as street noise was bothersome.

I loved my stay in a King Room, Non-Smoking where the hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and green chile was a delicious start to my day! The location was a quick 4-minute drive to the courthouse, and everything felt so clean and new. The staff was so helpful, truly making my stay enjoyable and stress-free.

the staff at the front desk was reasonably pleasant, but the cleanliness was NOT up to par—there was hair in the bathroom and a weird, lingering smell. i also expected a complimentary gift for my troubles, but of course, that didn’t happen. overall, i almost considered a good review but just couldn’t because of those issues.

comfort inn was a great spot for my family. the free breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, waffles, and fresh fruits. the room had nice furniture, a comfy leisure chair, and even a microwave. we loved the cozy lobby and the nice pool area. it's close to attractions and made our stay relaxing.
