Beautiful hotel. Great facilities. The room was magnificent, boasting a fabulous view of the city and harbor. The staff were friendly and professional. the initial check-in process was frustrating. Arriving at midnight, my reservation had been canceled without notification. The manager's claim of a failed credit card charge felt unsubstantiated. Further aggravation stemmed from an unwarranted noise complaint during a birthday celebration, despite our significant spend at their restaurants. Parking signage needs improvement, especially for new guests. There was no swimming pool, which was disappointing. Despite ordering an electric kettle, we faced multiple rejections. With attention to service and access, this hotel could reach its full potential.

Noise levels were minimal, ensuring a peaceful stay. Voice-activated controls added a modern touch. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bath, enhancing relaxation. Room service was prompt, and the food tasted delicious. Staff were friendly, always ready to help. the minibar felt restrictive. Prices were steep, and it wasn't suitable for personal use. The lack of a pool was noticeable as well. Minor improvements could elevate the experience.

The breathtaking views of Boston Harbor from the luxurious room at this hotel were truly one-of-a-kind, with cozy amenities like plush bedding and an Alexa for music. Although the shuttle boat was infrequent until May, the free shuttle buses were convenient. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming staff at check-in and the noisy rooms due to the busy road were major drawbacks. However, the Vegas-style rooms, free parking, and comfortable beds were definite highlights.

While staying at this lovely resort, I found it super easy to explore Boston, with the USS Constitution just over 2.5 km away and the Museum of Science within a short drive, making it ideal for weekend wanderers like me; plus, Sylvester Baxter Riverfront Park, which is only about a 10-minute walk away, is perfect for relaxing strolls and enjoying the waterfront scenery. The resort offers fantastic amenities like spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds and high-tech features, ensuring a luxurious experience. the $150 deposit per night was a bit surprising.

A luxurious, spotless hotel with top-notch amenities. Rooms are spacious with high-tech features. Enjoyed the Nespresso machine and controls via iPad. A bit outside the city, offering peaceful nights. The casino is there if you want it. Great for a fun, adult getaway near Boston.

The hotel was stunning; luxurious rooms, sprawling marble bathrooms, and the comfiest bed I’ve experienced. The iPad controls for lights and curtains felt futuristic. the final warning about noise felt mishandled during our birthday celebration, which was disappointing given our spending. The amenities I ordered for my daughter’s birthday didn't arrive as promised, and I felt the minibar charge was unfair. Still, the staff were mostly attentive, and the surroundings were beautiful. A classy spot, but with quirks.
