The hotel staff were helpful, especially Rachel and Lena, who provided excellent customer service. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was a good length for swimming laps and the jacuzzi was big and wonderful. The pillows were also very comfortable.

The plastic forks and spoons in the dining room were not handled out properly, which was a minor inconvenience.
