I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Surfside Beach for a quick beach getaway. The staff at this hotel truly made our stay amazing! From the friendly and accommodating front desk staff to the top-notch service from the female bartender, everyone went above and beyond. The location of the hotel was fabulous and the view from our room was spectacular. Highly recommend!

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean and the view was fantastic! We also loved having breakfast included with our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect - right on the beach and in a great area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even gave us a welcome drink upon our arrival. We were impressed with the room amenities, including ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. We loved dining at the on-site restaurant, which had great food and a bar/lounge area. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for leisure time, and we enjoyed live entertainment on the sun terrace in the evenings.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn Resort! The newly renovated ocean view room was beautiful and clean. The pool was always clean and not crowded, giving us a peaceful and relaxing experience. We loved the cabana areas by the pool, providing shaded spots for lounging. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even though one elevator was out of service, it didn't cause much inconvenience. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, close to the beach, live band on Thursday, clean pool and whirlpool. Oceanfront room, comfortable bed, quiet, some fireworks at night. Clean hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly and professional staff, well-kept beach and pool area. Quick towel service, beautiful ocean view, nearby amenities. Will visit again.

Amazing location right by the beach with private access. the pool and hot tub were great additions to enjoy during the stay.

Disappointing experience as the elevator was out of order and the noise from the only working elevator was unbearable. Additionally, the hotel charged my credit card twice and the front desk staff provided a rude response when I inquired about it.
