The bed was comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep. the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with dirt in the corners. We encountered some cleanliness issues, including a KitKat wrapper on the floor. Sound insulation wasn't ideal; street noise occasionally interrupted our rest. The fridge was problematic, failing to shut properly. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming vibe and friendly staff added to the experience.

Location is key, and this place delivers. Clean suite with a kitchenette—perfect for quick meals. More than one sink was a thoughtful touch for two people getting ready. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight, with diverse options, though seating was limited. The lazy river and proximity to the beach were fantastic. ventilation in the room could be improved; it felt stiff at times. Beware of the single-story rooms. They did not meet expectations. A locked door to another room can lead to noise disruptions late at night. Inconsistencies with room quality need addressing but stay here for a generally enjoyable experience. Would return.

Super kid-friendly, with helpful staff who really made breakfast enjoyable! Loved the convenient location for beach access and nearby eateries too. Room was comfy, but needed a good deep clean, and we had a bit of a hassle with the elevator situation. Still, we had a nice time overall!

The slow elevator made getting anywhere a major hassle, adding nearly 15 minutes to my wait every time. It felt like a time sink during our stay, which really put a damper on the overall experience. So frustrating!

This hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and right next door to Ron Jon's Surf Shop, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and sand, while also being surrounded by awesome restaurants and shops like the Dinosaur Store just a few steps away and a variety of dining options within walking distance including McDonald's and Dairy Queen; plus, the room was clean and comfy with a nice balcony view of the ocean and a friendly staff ready to help, but I found the motel-style rooms a bit noisy due to thin walls and doors.

Optimal selection for a short staycation in Cocoa Beach with incredible value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The complimentary breakfast was a delicious highlight, although it was quite busy. Our room had ironing facilities which came in handy for keeping our clothes neat during our vacation. there were some areas that could use improvement. The air conditioning unit in our room sounded quite loud, reminding us of a plane taking off. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows provided were a bit flat. the curtains didn't close properly, making it challenging to block out light in the morning. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The bath amenities provided were nice, but the towels were a bit thin and small. The room itself felt a bit dark and outdated, and the lack of proper lighting made it feel a bit dingy. our experience at the Beachside was pleasant, with some minor inconveniences.
