We had a great time at Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The lobby was impressive and welcoming, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The adjoining Starbucks was a convenient bonus.

The rooms smelled musty and the bathrooms felt outdated. There was also a lack of counter space in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to address any issues. Housekeeping went above and beyond by leaving me extra Starbucks coffee when they noticed I was drinking a lot. The food at the big bar on 2 was good, and there were convenient power outlets near the tables. The location was excellent with nice views from the room.

My fiancée and I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency. We were celebrating her birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Kevin helped arrange champagne and glasses in our room and was extremely helpful with parking. The AC unit was impressively quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a couch and desk. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore nearby restaurants and activities. The staff was always attentive and organized evening activities like running groups and yoga. We plan to make this our go-to hotel whenever we visit Columbus.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They offered complementary bottled water and chocolates in the room, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located near the convention center and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. the conference facilities were also top-notch.

The walls in the room were a bit thin, as we could hear some noise from the adjacent rooms. the bathroom needed some minor repairs and could have been a bit cleaner.

This hotel is located in a prime area of downtown, within walking distance of the convention center and the lively night life. The rooms offer beautiful views of the Arena District and are equipped with bathtubs with great views. The service and staff are attentive and the basic amenities are provided at a great value for money.

The hotel's location was superb, being connected to the convention center. It made attending our event there incredibly convenient. The room we stayed in, albeit not ready at check-in time, was spacious and nicely furnished. The king-sized bed, although a bit too soft for our liking, was comfortable overall. The hotel offered great facilities, including a clean and well-maintained room that we appreciated.
