Exceptional service, comfy beds, and a delicious breakfast buffet at Comfort Inn The Pointe. The location couldn't be better for my winter visit to Niagara Falls, but wish the carpet was cleaner. a great stay with friendly staff. Would recommend to others.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the park and hearing the thundering rapids just added to the magic of Niagara Falls. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness really made our stay special, always ready to offer great tips on nearby attractions. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, saving us time and money in the mornings.

It would have been nice if the hotel had an outdoor area for relaxing, as there was no pool and the outside space was limited to some city-placed furniture on the sidewalk.

The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions like Niagara Falls State Park, the Movieland Wax Museum, and the Rainbow Bridge. The relaxation facilities were minimal, but the proximity to landmarks like the Skylon Tower and Horseshoe Falls made up for it, enhancing family bonding through shared experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to our enjoyable stay.

The location was just perfect, being a short walk to the falls, parks, and restaurants. The room was cozy and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. What stood out the most was the car not moving the whole time, allowing us to comfortably explore with my knee conditions. 🌟 Although the facilities seemed a bit dated, it didn't really bother us as everything else was top-notch.

The close proximity to the breathtaking Niagara Falls meant we could easily explore the area on foot, making it convenient for our large family. The hotel's location also allowed us to quickly access nearby boat tours, adding exciting water adventures to our trip.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from offering more kid-friendly entertainment options to cater to families with children.
