The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the whole building was non-smoking. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was mostly clean. Breakfast was free and included options like waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits.

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to attractions like the Elvis Birthplace gardens and also provided easy access to transportation for our trip down to the Alabama gulf coast. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and waffles made to order. the staff and amenities made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud, which may bother some people, and the room could have been cleaner. the mini fridge had a lot of ice water in it, and although I called the front desk for assistance, they weren't very helpful.

The lobby was tidy and inviting. Parking was easy. The staff was polite, professional, and courteous. They responded well to my concerns about the room and gave me a 50% discount from my fee. The property was close to where I had a scheduled appointment. The property and the room were very clean.

I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn in Tupelo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a large mini-fridge and microwave. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. I also appreciated the location, which was convenient for my needs.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more healthy options, such as Greek yogurt, whole grain bagels, and veggies. Adding these choices would make the breakfast even better.
