We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. the breakfast bar was well-maintained, with a wide selection of food options available. Whenever items ran out, the staff promptly refilled them to ensure guests had everything they needed. Cons: Entirely happy.

Our stay at Baymont was delightful. We were in town for a quick stopover and the room was perfect - spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfy bed. the amenities like the mini fridge and microwave were convenient. the AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave. the location near I96 and the airport was ideal. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Baymont provided excellent late-night service with a clean, quiet room at an inexpensive rate. the comfortable bed and nice towels enhanced the stay, and the timely airport shuttle was a great added convenience.

Doors didn't close properly, jacuzzi handles falling apart.

Had an awesome stay here! the staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Loved having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. the AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave, and the convenient location near the airport and major highways made exploring West Michigan a breeze.

The gym was a bit sticky and could use some cleaning. Some wear and tear in the building, but the staff's dedication to cleanliness and guest comfort made up for it.
