The breakfast was tasty and hot, which was a pleasant surprise during our Christmas stay. the clean and cozy room made our stay comfortable, and the welcoming staff ensured we had everything we needed. the convenient location near restaurants and shopping added to the enjoyment of our trip.

There were some disappointments during our stay. the noise levels from the birds outside our window were disruptive, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

Upon arrival, I found a clean and well-equipped room, but to my dismay, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were stray hairs in the toilet. I let the front desk know, and they handled it promptly. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
