Highland Country Inn was a great value for the money, with basic yet clean rooms. The location was fantastic, right near downtown, and the staff treated us friendly and gave helpful tips.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety.

The Highland Country Inn was a great choice for our stay in Flagstaff. It had a good location, just a 7-minute walk to the center of town. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The parking was convenient, and we appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the office. it was a reasonably priced option in a lovely town.

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. You can easily walk to the shops of Flagstaff or even to the canyon. The downtown area of Flagstaff is also just a short stroll away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of bedding and a clean bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure your needs are met. Plus, the price is reasonable compared to other options in town.

The WiFi could be improved, as it was unsecured in some parts of the hotel.

Being disabled, I greatly appreciated the accessible ground floor room and adjoining rooms for our family. The staff at Highland Country Inn Flagstaff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Stayed here on a hiking trip, clean room in the heart of Flagstaff. Lots of breweries and restaurants nearby. No train noise unlike other hotels. Friendly and accommodating receptionist. Perfect for a short stay. Close to Galaxy Diner.

The breakfast offered hot oatmeal, 3 cold cereals , self-serve waffles, milk, toast and various spreads. The location was ideal, close to old town and great food. Rooms were clean, well-maintained and housekeeping did a thorough job. The hotel office smelled clean, and the room was freshly painted with a comfortable bed, new sheets, and new appliances. The location was convenient with a natural grocery store nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early.
