The bed was super comfy and the exercise room had a TV! I appreciated the helpful front desk staff who quickly resolved a billing issue. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the pool, which my kids loved. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location close to the Fair/Expo Center and the Kentucky Kingdom theme park was a major advantage. The hotel provided free transportation to these locations, eliminating the need to worry about parking or paying extra fees. The staff was incredible, always friendly and accommodating. Special mention goes to Candise at the front desk, who made check-in a breeze and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

We loved that the hotel was conveniently located down the street from the theme park. The pool, though small, was sufficient for our kids to swim. The room was nice and quiet, and the beds were incredibly soft. The waitress in the morning was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is a great choice for those who want value for money. The rooms are big, comfortable, and have basic amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. Plus, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing, with real scrambled eggs and excellent cinnamon rolls. Additionally, the location is convenient, with close proximity to freeways, restaurants, and public transportation to downtown.

There were a couple of drawbacks that affected our experience. the breakfast bar was poorly stocked, with dirty plates and a lack of beverages.

We had a minor issue with the toilet not flushing, but the staff promptly addressed it and fixed it the next day. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, we appreciated that the hotel is not on the bedbug registry, ensuring peace of mind during our stay.

Comfy bed, elevator, and pool were the best aspects of my stay. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The elevator made it easy to access my room without having to climb stairs. The pool was a great amenity to relax and unwind after a long day.

No AC in the exercise room and the constant noise of planes flying overhead were the worst aspects of my stay. It to find out that the exercise room did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to work out.
