the hotel location is conveniently situated near several new dining options (i really enjoyed the local brewery! ). the staff was very attentive, and the housekeeping team kept everything clean and tidy. the room service was also prompt, and i appreciated the complimentary welcome drink.

the breakfast selection was limited no 😕.

The staff genuinely cared for my needs, accommodating my request for a first-floor room. Dinner was delightful, especially the street tacos accompanied by a refreshing ‘Garden Mule’ cocktail! !

I discovered artisan bread that was a delight at breakfast, paired with clean, well-kept rooms. The inviting lobby set the perfect tone for my stay.

On the flip side, my breakfast left a sour taste when I was rudely told my tiny meal wasn't worthy of the menu—talk about feeling a tad less than! Still, the overall experience sparkled.

Housekeeping service could use a bit of a boost, as it seems like they skipped making the beds!!! The fitness center really needs more equipment to be functional!!! Also, the Wi-Fi is barely usable for work!!!

The check-in process was utterly frustrating. We arrived late at night only to find no one at the front desk, leading to a 10-minute wait. Once we finally got our room, the key didn't work, and we had to wait another 20 minutes to get assistance. Additionally, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to a faulty sensor, disrupting our family's sleep. To top it off, the housekeeping on our second day was lackluster. they didn't even make the beds properly. This was not what we expected for the price we paid.

Shoutout to the staff for being so lekker! They really made me feel at home, especially when I asked for a first-floor room. Dined on street tacos that were spot on, and the 'Garden Mule' cocktail? Yummy! The bed was comfy too and the room was nice and clean.

Great location near popular eateries and local attractions the staff was friendly and welcome drinks were a nice touch. The pool area seemed family-friendly, and I appreciated the laundry facilities.

The breakfast buffet could use more variety and the service was a bit slow during peak hours.
