The room was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of 5. The indoor swimming pool and cozy tv room were nice spots to unwind after a day out exploring 🏊. The only downside was having to hunt for an ice machine on either the first or third floor. Overall, a great stay with comfy accommodations and friendly vibes, worth another visit!

Just had the best stay at a cozy hotel with amazing staff and a comfy pullout couch! LOVED the clean rooms. Definitely staying again. Indoor pool was even better than in photos!

My recent stay at this hotel was excellent! the room service, cleanliness, and the staff exceeded my expectations. the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, especially Rolondo, who kept everything replenished and the place spotless. the breakfast was enjoyable with a large selection, and it was included in our room rate. the location is great for our needs, close to several attractions like Cameron Park Zoo and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame.

Despite the positive experience, there are a few things that could be improved. the pool area could use some maintenance to prevent tiles from getting slippery, especially at night.

The room was lit for our crew of 5 and our puppy. We loved chilling at the pool and hot tub after our adventures. Super dope vibes all around!

Wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for us party animals to keep the lit vibes going! .

The queen beds were incredibly comfy, and the rooms were spotless. However, the sofa bed's springs were worn out and uncomfortable. We had noise issues from the freeway, but the manager compensated us. The pool seemed dirty, and the staff lacked enthusiasm. On the bright side, the breakfast was fantastic and well-maintained.

Absolutely loved the modern vibes and comfy set-up of the rooms; plus, the staff was top-notch, especially Chip at the front desk! Pool and exercise facilities were great - pool size is Texas-worthy big, waffles too! Thumbs up for the friendly staff, but found a minor crack on the window and a few stray items in the room - nothing too major, though! 😉

The Comfort Suites Waco North-Near University Area was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious rooms were well-appointed with a comfortable sofa and a TV. I especially appreciated the thoughtful Suite Success Grab & Go bag for those early morning departures. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The external construction in the surrounding area caused some road closings, which was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

the comfort suites was really clean and close to the texas rangers museum and the brazos river. the staff were friendly and gave us an extra hour for check out.

I had a blast at the free hot breakfast! Less than five minutes to the best spots. Loved the Suite Success Grab & Go bag. The indoor heated pool was a chill spot for me.
