comfort north university provided a great value room, spacious with handy cabinets and fridge. locations close to attractions. beds comfy, rooms newly renovated, appliances working well. breakfast fresh, staff friendly. reasonable prices at the bar.

Just had the best stay at a cozy hotel with amazing staff and a comfy pullout couch! LOVED the clean rooms. Definitely staying again. Indoor pool was even better than in photos!

My recent stay at this hotel was excellent! the room service, cleanliness, and the staff exceeded my expectations. the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, especially Rolondo, who kept everything replenished and the place spotless. the breakfast was enjoyable with a large selection, and it was included in our room rate. the location is great for our needs, close to several attractions like Cameron Park Zoo and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame.

Despite the positive experience, there are a few things that could be improved. the pool area could use some maintenance to prevent tiles from getting slippery, especially at night.

Absolutely loved the modern vibes and comfy set-up of the rooms; plus, the staff was top-notch, especially Chip at the front desk! Pool and exercise facilities were great - pool size is Texas-worthy big, waffles too! Thumbs up for the friendly staff, but found a minor crack on the window and a few stray items in the room - nothing too major, though! 😉

The Comfort Suites Waco North-Near University Area was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious rooms were well-appointed with a comfortable sofa and a TV. I especially appreciated the thoughtful Suite Success Grab & Go bag for those early morning departures. The complimentary hot breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The external construction in the surrounding area caused some road closings, which was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

the comfort suites was really clean and close to the texas rangers museum and the brazos river. the staff were friendly and gave us an extra hour for check out.

On a rainy night with a flat tire, Comfort Suites Waco North provided a safe haven. Manager Noelia's kindness stood out, making my stay memorable. A small issue with the thermostat was easily overlooked in light of the exceptional service. Great experience overall.

The hot breakfast was a delightful surprise. The multiple flavors of Chobani yogurt added a delicious touch to my morning routine. The sausages were the only downside, as they seemed a bit stale. Otherwise, breakfast was good and provided a fulfilling start to my day.
