During my stay, I loved how an easy stroll could take me to nearby attractions like Brazos Park East, only a short 300 meters away, perfect for an afternoon walk and relaxation, while the HEB food store and Collins St Bakery were just across the highway, making it super convenient to grab snacks or enjoy a delightful pastry; the spacious room was a great place to unwind and the breakfast was decent, but some staff interactions could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of 5 plus our pup. We had two queens and a pull-out bed, which was great. The breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns, so it was better than most places. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the staff was super friendly.

The room was spacious with a separate sitting area that enhanced the experience. The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue; there were bugs in the kitchen area and the foldout bed had leftover trash and clothes from previous guests. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, which was a plus, especially with multiple people needing hot showers in cold weather. the musty smell was off-putting. Staff could improve their attitude, and room cleaning was lacking during our stay. Despite some positives, overall cleanliness and maintenance need attention.

The pool was a nightmare! It was full of chemicals that left my family and me with rashes and burning eyes. We even smelled like chlorine long after showering. Definitely not the relaxing getaway we were hoping for!

Staff were helpful but annoyed when I asked for trash bags since rooms weren’t cleaned daily. The breakfast situation was chaotic—long lines with limited options. Noticed some cleanliness issues, too, like crumbs on the couch and hair in the pool. Would have loved a warmer pool for the kids. Check-in was confusing this time, with an unexpected extra charge. A mixed bag of experiences, really.

The front desk staff was welcoming, even late at night. Clean, bright lobby. Breakfast had potential—fresh pastries and a great Texas-shaped waffle. Unfortunately, the health inspector shut it down on the third day. The remaining options were limited and seating was inadequate. The bathroom was underwhelming; worn fixtures and peeling paint. Unmet expectations given the price. Hallways smelled odd, and spider webs were noticeable. Key cards malfunctioned frequently, and I encountered slightly rude staff when requesting extra bedding. The furniture in the suite was subpar, especially the sunken couch. Price to quality ratio needs reevaluation.

The rooms are spacious and perfect for families! Breakfast was a delightful feast every morning, plus that coffee hit the spot. The indoor heated pool was an absolute treat, and the staff went above and beyond with their amazing service!
