I always return for my trip. Staff helped with my baggage on the first visit. This place has Wi, Fi, a coffee shop, laundry, and a flat, screen TV. It suits me perfectly with amenities like express check, in/out, wheelchair access, and no, smoking policy.

Great value for the money with a spacious room and a fantastic river view from the balcony. the location was perfect, and the staff was super responsive and helpful.

The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety to enhance the overall experience.

This place is very conveniently located near downtown attractions, with a modern and ritzy atmosphere. The rooftop offers a great view, and the rooms are spacious with a kitchenette. The hotel feels secure, and we had a wonderful time as a group of friends.

Close to all the attractions we planned to visit, in a very safe area. Right across the river from the Titans stadium. the hotel facilities were great.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to all the downtown attractions. The surrounding area is very safe, which makes it easy to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. It also had a rooftop patio with beautiful views and a coffee bar available for guests. The management was responsive and helpful.

One minor issue was a TV volume that was not adjustable, but this was not a major concern given all the great things about this hotel.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay here. Loved the Hermès toiletries and the 24/7 coffee bar. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as everything was within walking distance. two complementary facts were offered which we really appreciated. One of the biggest advantages was the access app which was easy to use and very convenient.

The trash pail in the kitchen was very small and there was no place to leave the garbage on our floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

We stayed at this place and really loved it! It's super close to everything, right in the middle of it all. We had a great view of the river and the stadium from our room's terrace. The service was excellent, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, everything was clean and well-maintained, and we loved having air conditioning and coffee facilities.

That there wasn't a mirror in the room, but that's okay - we would still highly recommend staying here to our friends. The location was perfect, the staff was great, and the amenities were fantastic.
