The Xmas decorations were lovely, the decor was super nice, and the elevators were lightning fast. The water pressure in the bathroom was mind-blowing, and the coffeemaker made jaw-droppingly hot coffee. The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The new carpet throughout was a great touch. The romantic feel from the fireplace, along with the peaceful atmosphere, made our stay even more enjoyable. The small but pretty pool, with its romantic red lighting, was the perfect place to relax. The breakfast spread was awesome, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to dining, shopping, Busch Gardens, and Water Country. The friendly and informative staff made our stay truly memorable.

My recent stay at Comfort Suites was fantastic. the location was perfect - close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet spot. the newly remodeled room was a pleasant surprise, with comfortable beds and a pleasing decor. the smooth running elevators meant little to no wait times. the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, with one gentleman even going above and beyond to check if our room was clean so we could check in early.

I recently had a great stay at Comfort Suites. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect for visiting Colonial Williamsburg and the price was unbeatable. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of a tree with pink flowers. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of individually wrapped croissants, bagels, waffles, and hot and cold beverages. I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10!

At Comfort Suites, we had a fantastic stay. the staff was friendly and the location was perfect. the suites were spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a larger than normal fridge with a freezer. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, although I wish they had hard boiled eggs. All the beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the easy access to the Historic Triangle, Busch Gardens, and great restaurants. We will definitely book here again and hope to explore Yorktown and its museum on our next visit.

The rooms were recently remodeled and spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. One of the advantages I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff.

The lack of proper lighting in the rooms was a major disappointment. It felt like someone had stolen the floor lamps that should have been there.
