The rooms were clean and the location was great. The area was quiet and the building was well-maintained. The grounds were spectacular and it was nice to sit and watch the buggies and scooters go by. The complimentary tour was excellent and the tour guide was great. The restaurant had delicious and reasonably priced food. com. The pools, hot tub, and game room were great for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bird-In-Hand Family Inn. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the lawn, watching the buggies and traffic go by. The complimentary tour was excellent, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. We also appreciated the convenience of staying right on the grounds of the inn while attending the show "Stolen". we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.

As a larger group of friends, we absolutely loved the variety of amenities and activities available at the Bird-In-Hand Family Inn. With 2 indoor pools, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, a game room, a petting zoo. The onsite restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, offering delicious food. The location itself was fantastic, being in the heart of Amish country and close to other attractions such as a farmers market, quilt shop, and homemade candy store.

We felt truly looked after throughout our stay at the Bird-In-Hand Family Inn, and there was honestly nothing for us to complain about.

We stayed at the Bird-In-Hand for a family vacation and had a fantastic time. The room was lovely and it was great to have our own designated parking spot right outside. The hotel facilities catered well to families and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with plenty of local activities and restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool facilities. a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip as it was close to the Amish country and offered a tour of the countryside. We got to visit a home where handmade products like quilts were made and enjoyed stunning views. the breakfast buffet was excellent and we couldn't resist going back for seconds on the second day. Additionally, the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

One downside we encountered was that many places, including the associated restaurant, were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Another small inconvenience was that flies would often come in when we opened the door, which was quite annoying.

The value for money at the inn was great, and the room was clean and comfortable with a top-notch mattress. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with plenty to do at the resort. The staff was courteous and check-in was quick.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection of pillows. The room had a slight musty smell upon arrival, but this was easily remedied by emptying the dehumidifier and running it overnight.

The hotel had a clean and friendly atmosphere and the staff was helpful and attentive. the indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day. Plus, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

There was a lack of communication regarding the ongoing renovation project, which made it slightly inconvenient to navigate between the room, office, and dining areas. Additionally, the rooms in the front building were outdated and in need of renovation.

Traveled with my mom and 3 kids. Checked in smoothly, friendly staff explained everything well. Loved the clean and spacious rooms, easy temperature control. Enjoyed the pool 3 times, plenty of seating and towels available. Kids had a blast at the playground and basketball hoop. Free wifi was a nice bonus. I even got my forgotten computer back promptly thanks to Justin Smucker. Will definitely return!

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the comfortable beds and the variety of pools available for relaxation. The indoor heated pools were particularly enjoyable during the chilly weather. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the on-site restaurant offered a delicious smorgasbord. We also loved the option to play miniature golf and the free tour of the Amish country each morning.

Felt like VIPs, no reason to complain.

The room was nicely decorated and had a pleasant clean scent. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was wonderful, with many nearby attractions and the bonus of being able to see hot air balloons taking off from across the way. The hotel had three nice-sized pools and a great restaurant just a few steps away. Additionally, there was mini golf available, which was a fun activity for the whole family.

I felt safe and secure throughout my stay and had nothing to complain about.
