Location is unbeatable. Directly across from the train station and near a variety of stores and eateries. Easy access to Uber or taxis, making travel seamless. Staff provided excellent service, from early luggage storage to a complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, offering a surprisingly pleasant city view from the 19th floor. communication could improve. The check-in process lacked detail, and room cleaning only every other day was unexpected. Breakfast options were lacking, with some food lacking flavor. An unfortunate reservation mishap marred my experience, creating unnecessary stress. Despite these issues, I would consider staying again, as the pros outweigh the cons.

Elevators took a while, particularly during peak hours. Staff was friendly and prompt, and the location is perfect for bike rentals.

I absolutely loved that the hotel was just a few steps from Penn Station, making it super easy to get around the city, plus I could walk to so many famous spots like Times Square in about 15 minutes and the Empire State Building in less than that, which really enhanced my weekend strolls! The breakfast was good and the rooms were cozy, but the elevator situation could sometimes be a bit busy.

I had a rough experience with my reservation; After hours of waiting and arguing, I was finally sent to a different hotel with no recognition of my prepayment.
