Gal at front desk very kind and helpful, beds we’re comfortable. The room was fairly nice for a quick stopover. The room size was great. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from airport parking, making it easy to catch an early flight. The shuttle service was efficient and reliable.

The pool was closed without prior notice. Breakfast was poor with limited choices and they ran out of coffee creamer.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the convenient airport shuttle, saving us time and money on parking. The breakfast room was spacious and well-maintained, with enough tables and chairs for everyone.

Location: This hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter attractions. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, leaving a thoughtful handwritten note upon check-in.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a weekend getaway. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost. The beds were much better than the ones at the nearby Holiday Inn. Despite the elevator being out of order, the staff accommodated us by placing us in a room close to the stairs. The hotel was clean and our spacious room was spotless. The clerk even went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were side by side with an adjoining door.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was very close to the airport, which was convenient for our trip. the hotel provided a fridge and microwave in the room, which was a nice bonus.

The parking area at the hotel was quite small. We were lucky to find a spot upon check-in, but when we returned later, many cars had to create their own spots as the back of the hotel had no parking area.

The staff at Comfort Suites was very accommodating and understanding when we had issues with noisy neighbors at 1 AM. They promptly addressed the situation and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for the National Veteran Wheelchair Games. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The breakfast was more than just your typical cereal and fruit, which was perfect before a long day of volunteering. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the free airport shuttle saved me time and money.

I had a great experience at the hotel! the girl at the front desk during check-in was extremely helpful, much more than when I spoke to someone on the phone earlier. the next morning, she was multitasking - filling up the breakfast buffet, answering phone calls, and even driving the shuttle! Throughout it all, she remained exceptionally pleasant. the hotel room was comfortable and the bed was cozy. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. When our 5-year-old complained about the pool being closed, one of the staff members took the time to explain the reason and later surprised our grandchild with some candy. They even had a gluten-free bagel available for me at the breakfast bar. I was impressed with the service and facilities at Comfort Suites.

Great customer service! The staff at the front desk, especially Alex, provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel manager, April, was very helpful and made everything seamless for our church group. The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel itself was beautiful. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to nearby attractions.

Parking was a major issue as there were no available spaces when we arrived. We had to park against the curb, which was inconvenient.
