We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just outside of the busy downtown area, in a quiet neighborhood across from the marina where we could go for a nice walk. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the room we stayed in was very large with a nice view. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast options available, including eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice area by a bay and away from the tourist craziness. The staff, from the manager on down, were helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The room was very clean, quiet and had great amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

This hotel is situated in a tranquil area, very close to Clearwater beach and the adorable downtown area. The location is literally right across the street from the ocean, which guests found amazing. The room size, cleanliness, and bathroom met the guests' expectations. The breakfast served was good, and parking was ample and even covered. The facility also had a pool and a pet-friendly environment for furry friends.

Some of the hotel staff was not available at the front desk on a few occasions, resulting in lost business to the hotel, according to one guest.

Convenient location between Clearwater and Dunedin. Comfortable room configuration and beds. No carpet on the floor. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Quick resolution of TV issue.

The Comfort Suites is a convenient half-hour walk to the Blue Jays ballpark and a 40-minute walk along the water to the town of Dunedin with excellent restaurants. As friends who like to go out at night, this location is perfect for us.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was spot on. The room I stayed in was so nice, it felt like it was brand new or recently renovated. The staff treated me like a VIP, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring, especially with the shore front trolley nearby and the bike rental store in Dunedin.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, particularly when it came to the availability of juices and syrup.
