The daily breakfast was very good and had a variety of options to choose from. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed us to stay connected during our stay.

The room cleaning was poor. We had to complain multiple times before the coffee pot was cleaned and restocked, and we had to go to the desk for bathroom supplies as they were not provided until after we complained.

We got great value for our money with a clean and spacious room. The location was perfect, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Jackie at the front desk, were pleasant and friendly.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of hot food items.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly soft, and we felt like we were in heaven. The room was nice-sized and very clean, and we appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel's location was perfect for us - it was close to a variety of restaurants and stores, including Walmart and other shopping outlets. The staff members we interacted with, such as the cleaning crew and the workers at the service desk, were friendly and helpful. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location away from the mainstream of the hotel, and the excellent service provided.

During my recent stay over Christmas at the hotel, I was pleased with a few things. the room was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near shopping areas and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat or do. Lastly, I enjoyed the breakfast options offered. the waffles and eggs were delicious and provided a tasty start to the day.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing. I had specifically chosen this hotel because they advertised the pool, and it was disappointing to find out upon arrival that it was closed.

Spacious room with a desk and sofa. Large bathroom and clean upon arrival. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff handled a rude encounter well. Would consider staying again in Foley, AL.

This hotel is a great value for money with clean, well-kept rooms and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included. It's located close to Gulf Shores, on the beach and near OWA park.

The hotel doors could be easier to open with luggage.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect; we were close to the outlet mall and the beach was just a short drive away. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was also a nice touch. We were happy to have free wi-fi in our room and found the flat-screen TV to be a great added bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating; we especially loved the housekeeping service which was always prompt and thorough. The indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were fantastic amenities that we took advantage of during our stay. We highly recommend this venue!

We had a great overnight stay at Comfort Suites! The lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel's location, with the Tanger Outlets and shopping complex nearby, was perfect. It was also just a short drive to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

The housekeeper surprised my daughter with a cupcake for her birthday. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Lu Lu's has delicious food and a nice atmosphere. The front desk clerk and overnight clerk were welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions including Lamberts Cafe, a variety of fast food stores and shopping stores. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is well maintained. The breakfast is a plus and the staff is attentive to guests’ needs.

There were some issues with the pool including too much chlorine and some people bathing in it.
