We spent our New Year's at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the rooms were spacious and had a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the buffet breakfast included in our stay was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for us, as it was secluded yet within a short drive to the main attractions in the area.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly like. the hotel was quite far from the main town, and their taxi service was quite expensive.

During our stay at a first-floor room in Lost Iguana Resort And Spa, we were delighted with the location. My partner and I recently stayed at Lost Iguana Resort for three nights. We loved the feeling of being immersed in the jungle, away from the hustle and bustle of town. The hiking trail on the property was a beautiful bonus. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Arenal volcano and the air conditioning kept us cool. The comfortable bed and superb shower were a delight. We enjoyed hanging out at the heated pool bar when it rained, and the hotel restaurant served tasty food. The breakfast, though not too big, was satisfying and the staff was hospitable. Highly recommend!

I was able to spot toucans and other exotic birds right from my room. The staff at this hotel were top-notch, very friendly and professional. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The only negative aspect I found was that the windows did not have screens, so I couldn't open them for fresh air. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.
