We stayed at Best Western for three nights during our family trip and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was convenient and the lobby was lovely. The family room exceeded our expectations; with thick walls, our kids could play freely without disturbing anyone below. It was a refreshing change from our previous stay at a different hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was impeccably clean. We had the quietest room on our whole trip and slept like babies in the comfortable and peaceful setting. The hot tub was a bit hot for our taste, but the pool was just the right temperature. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptionally nice. We also loved that Bad Boy Burgers was just a short walk away.

We stayed at a Best Western for the third time and once again had a great experience. the breakfast was delicious most mornings, and the rooms were nice, despite a few minor repairs needed. the pool was enjoyable, although the ceiling had a leak. the hot tub was in good condition. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, especially the amazing night ladies who made our stay even better. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time here.

The hotel had great access to the freeway, making it easy to get to my destination for the soccer tournament. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to the downtown area, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a friendly staff who provided great service throughout our stay. They were always available and willing to help with any requests or issues that arose. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, making for a comfortable stay. the hotel was located in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

That the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Another minor inconvenience was that the TV remote needed batteries, but the maintenance staff quickly resolved the issue.

Conveniently located near Boise State with comfortable beds, friendly staff and gluten-free breakfast options upon request. Quiet surroundings with clean facilities, fruit and beverage all day, milk and cookies hour every night. Suitable for late risers, though breakfast hours could be longer. A great experience, we will definitely stay again.

I stayed at Best Western for one day with my kids and we had a great time. The breakfast was really good and my kids loved it. The swimming pool was big enough for all of us to play together and they even served hot tea all day long in the lobby. The hotel wasn't crowded at all, even during breakfast time. Everything was perfect!

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the fully cooked breakfast of eggs and potatoes. It was a delicious way to start the day! Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was just minutes away from the military base where my husband had to go. It was incredibly convenient. Another advantage that I enjoyed was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They made sure that we had everything we needed and were always willing to help.

One aspect that I disliked was the lack of seating for two people in the room. It would have been nice to have a table with chairs to comfortably eat or work at.

The family suite was perfect for a larger group. Comfortable beds and a hot breakfast were highlights. Pool hours were 6am-11pm, ideal for a leisurely swim. Location offered peace and quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast had an excellent variety, with everything hot and fresh. The hotel facilities and grounds were clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pond area with the fish was a cool feature, especially for the kids. The rooms were nice and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the location was conveniently close to many stores I needed.

We had a great time exploring the nearby lake, just minutes from the hotel, which made for a wonderful experience. The location was also fairly close to the airport and on eastern outskirts, as well as convenient for the soccer tournament. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a variety of options. We appreciated the luggage carts, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The noise levels were a bit disruptive as the walls were thin, allowing for the sound of laundry machines to be heard from upstairs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the L-shaped family suite. It comfortably slept up to 6 people and had a beautiful granite and tile bathroom. It felt like a mini apartment!
