As adults, we loved the friendly staff, Jason and Ms. Cynthia, the awesome location near Canal Street and the French Quarter, clean rooms, and excellent air conditioning during the summer months.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in downtown New Orleans for Mardi Gras and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right by the parades and within walking distance of everything we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with information, suggestions, and directions. The valet was always friendly and greeted us warmly each time we came and went. The modern lobby and great food and drink specials in the bar/restaurant area were also highlights of our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in New Orleans for my 30th birthday with my best friend. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even providing a refrigerator when our room didn't have one. The location is perfect, just around the corner from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. We felt safe and secure with visible and available security/hotel employees. The valet service was excellent, and we didn't need to use our car much as everything was within walking distance. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the food at the bar was surprisingly good. a fantastic experience!

The location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the downtown area and visiting popular attractions. We were able to easily walk to Bourbon Street and the street car system was nearby.

Despite some negative reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, our room was clean and comfortable. The upgraded shower stall was a nice touch and the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we were thrilled with the convenient location. Being able to walk easily to the French Quarter, the Warehouse District, and the Riverwalk made exploring the city a breeze. Plus, having the streetcar right outside the door was a major bonus for venturing to the garden district and uptown.

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations and didn't have a breakfast or drinks option, there were plenty of nearby coffee shops and eateries to choose from. The friendly and helpful staff at the front desk made our stay even more enjoyable.

Staying here was a pleasure. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were amazing! They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was cozy with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and relaxing. I appreciated the free access to Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

Conveniently located near popular attractions, this hotel offers helpful and friendly staff who answered all questions and requests. The room had ample plug outlets for all our electronic devices, including USB ports. The hotel's security was visible and available, making us feel safe during our stay. Walking distance to everything, we only used our car twice during our five-day visit. a great deal for the money.

This hotel is in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is friendly and attentive and the basic amenities are all well kept. Rooms with a balcony overlooking St. Charles are beautiful, and the breakfast included in the rate is a great option.

Nothing, perfect stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff truly made us feel at home and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy for us to explore the city. Our room, with its spacious balcony overlooking St Charles, was a dream come true. We also appreciated having breakfast included as an option, which added incredible value to our stay. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

No issues, everything was just perfect.

The hotel had clean and well-maintained facilities, and the staff were great. the location was perfect, with many attractions nearby and easy access to transportation.

The pictures on the website were not representative of the actual rooms, and some rooms had windows facing the inside of the hotel. There were also issues with the room, such as a broken toilet and a delayed room change, which required multiple requests to resolve.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities including parking and transportation. It was in a fantastic location, near several restaurants and within walking distance to the French Quarter. The staff was also friendly.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to local shops and attractions. I must mention the helpfulness of the employee who assisted us with our luggage, providing valuable tips on things to do and see in the area. Despite the small inconvenience of limited parking, our overall experience at Courtyard By Marriott was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.
