We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was in the central area of Hood River and close to local wineries and the WAAAM museum. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a booking matter. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Almost perfect, but there was some room for improvement. The breakfast could have been better, especially the overcooked eggs.

Breakfast had good variety, except for the broken Pancake machine. The associate was efficient and friendly. The room lacked shelf space and hanging racks in the bathroom, which was problematic for a family of 4. Location was quiet with a lovely view of Mt Adams. Remodeled room looked nice and clean. Check-in/out was quick and breakfast had plenty of options.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the well-equipped rooms with a refrigerator and microwave, to the bathtub and beautiful views of the mountains. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options including delicious omelets.

The bathroom was ridiculously small, almost touching the toilet seat when the door was open. the room had a view of a Taco Bell drive, in, which wasn't exactly the romantic atmosphere we were expecting.

The pool required scheduling, which was great for ensuring availability. The sofa was a great feature for relaxing.

Our stay was convenient to local wineries and the strip mall. Although not close to the downtown area, picturesque downtown Hood River was only two miles away, which was easily accessible by car. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and electrical outlets for our electronics. The breakfast was hot and replenished often, and the front desk staff was very helpful.

We did notice that the pool and hot tub were in need of a thorough cleaning.

I had a most pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. When I arrived late, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a jacuzzi suite, which was spacious and had a gorgeous view of Mt. Hood. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a nice breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

As business travelers, we were impressed by the traveller-friendly amenities at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well lit, with a great view of Mt Hood. The standout feature was the built-in suitcase bench, which prevented any tripping hazards or struggles with flimsy luggage racks. The hanging hooks behind the bench were a brilliant addition.
