Great location and clean. Staff had issues and elevator was often down.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Auburn Hills with my 13-year-old granddaughter. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to Great Lakes Crossing Mall and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and I couldn't get enough of the pillows! The pool was also a nice touch, and the hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Auburn Hills. We were visiting Legoland and SeaLife, and the hotel's location was perfect for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made my 5-year-old daughter feel like a princess on her birthday. They even surprised her with milk and cookies delivered to our room! The beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved the heated toilet seat and the bidet. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, fridge, and a variety of K-cups for the coffee maker. The breakfast included was also very nice.

The warm welcome we received upon arrival was truly exceptional. The staff made us feel instantly at home and went out of their way to ensure our check-in process was seamless.

They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was right next to the mall and close to the attractions we wanted to visit.

There were a few issues during our stay. the breakfast options were quite limited and the coffee was not up to par, tasting like weak, instant coffee.

Comfortable beds and quiet room. The staff was very accommodating when we had an issue with noisy neighbors and immediately relocated us. The rooms were fresh and clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfy. A pleasant surprise was the presence of a bidet in the room, along with free bottled water. The location was perfect for visiting Legoland, SeaLife, and doing some outlet shopping.

There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Our room was not cleaned during our three-night stay and we had the same two washcloths the entire time.
