Room was nice with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Loved the comfortable bedding, seating area, and amenities like the wardrobe and hairdryer. Spa facilities were clean and well-kept. Quick check-in process was smooth. Easy access to local restaurants and bars, which was perfect for exploring the area. Parking was convenient too.

I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk to restaurants on Kirkwood and very close to the IU campus. The facilities were modern and the room was spacious and clean, making it ideal for relaxation.

Parking fees were unexpectedly high, which felt a bit excessive.

The service was really fantastic, and I had a good laugh with the guy at check-in, which made me feel relaxed after the long trip. Also, I appreciated the cozy lobby with Starbucks coffee. it was a nice spot for chilling with my partner before heading out.

the staff seemed unfazed by any requests, and you would think with how much I spent on my stay, i would’ve received special treatment, like an upgrade or some extra towels! the elevators are super slow, and the breakfast options are absolutely overpriced. seriously, $8 for a yogurt parfait? what a joke. I just couldn’t give a good review!

Had a proper boss stay! The staff were all dead sound, especially Sophia at the front desk, made us feel welcome. Just a bit of noise from the train nearby dragged it down, but overall a fantastic experience!

The place was mostly clean and decent for a weekend. I loved that the location was close to the downtown fun! The gym, despite being small, actually got some new weights, so there's that!

However, my bathroom felt more like a tool shed than a spa. I half expected the plumbing to start gurgling 'The Mummy' at any second!
