Friendly staff, spacious room for family, great breakfast options, convenient location, comfortable beds and pillows.

It was all superb.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. One staff member even saved our forgotten item from a previous stay and kept it safe until we returned. the breakfast provided was also exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was conveniently situated near the highway, making it easy to find and providing quick access to nearby attractions. Additionally, we loved the indoor pool, especially in the morning when the sunlight streamed in and made the water look sparkling and inviting.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Jackson TN. The lobby was spectacular and the staff was amazing. The night shift receptionist was incredibly kind and made a huge impact on our stay. She was vocal, informative, and someone we looked forward to seeing every day. The hotel facilities were great, especially the hot tub and the ability to get infused water. The breakfast bar and staff were also incredible. The lady at the front desk was helpful and even changed the rate for our room when she noticed a mistake in the reservation. Despite being 8 years old, the hotel looked brand new.

The lobby was impressive and set high expectations for the rooms. the place was clean and updated, with comfortable beds and easy temperature control. the staff were friendly and helpful. the swimming pool and hot tub were a great feature that my son enjoyed.

The GPS was thrown off by nearby construction, and it would have been helpful to have a sign on the main highway directing guests to the hotel. There was an issue with double billing when using a debit card in the marketplace, which could be problematic for travelers who don't have extra funds available.

I was impressed with the location of the hotel, as it was perfect for the event I attended. The facilities and the room itself were very nice. The majority of the staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better.

The night shift receptionist was amazing - she was so kind and attentive. She made a huge impact on our stay and we looked forward to seeing her every day. The hotel's location adjacent to Interstate 40 made it convenient and safe. We loved the wide selection of items in the breakfast, especially the two kinds of waffles. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great after a long day of driving.

This hotel was easy to find, located right off the interstate in a bustling area. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However, the breakfast was lacking, with disorganization and not enough food to go around. Despite this, the majority of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It's located right off the interstate, which made it very convenient for me to get around. The service was great, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping my room clean and tidy. I loved having ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar in my room—it made me feel like I was staying in a really nice place. The pool and fitness center were nice touches, too.
