My partner and I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in San Sebastian for 5 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were stunning, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast buffet was both delicious and visually appealing. The location was ideal, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent amenities for children and convenient parking options nearby. We highly recommend this hotel for its superb service and convenient location.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach with breathtaking views of the bay. Being in the center of town, I was able to easily explore all the shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was lovely and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable sitting area and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, from room service and laundry to a paid shuttle service. I especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace where I could relax and enjoy a drink while taking in the stunning sea view.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The cafe bar area in front of the beach is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink. We loved being close to some amazing restaurants we were keen to go to, and the centre of the city was just a short distance away. Our room was amazing, with a super-comfy bed and a spacious bathroom. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very good. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from our room's balcony.

The lounge area was comfortable and stylish, with breathtaking views of the water and sunsets. The staff, especially Azeres at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. It was a highlight of our holiday!

Drawbacks: Although the coffee served at breakfast wasn't great, there was a Nespresso machine available, so we could make our own. The breakfast was a bit expensive, but the quality of the food was good.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the funicular and the charming old part of town. The beds and pillows in the room were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talking, which was disruptive and required us to complain to reception.

The hotel had a great location, right by the beach and with beautiful views of the bay. The bar area was also really cool, with a relaxed atmosphere and stunning views. One of the best aspects was the attentive and friendly staff, who were always ready to help and make our stay more enjoyable.

One of the worst aspects was the exorbitant charge for parking our car. We were shocked to have to pay €23 per night, which seemed exploitative and unnecessary.
