The staff were incredibly helpful! Tristan at the front desk even coordinated a pizza delivery for my hungry grandson! Breakfast was varied and tasty, surpassing standard continental offerings.

Room cleanliness was lacking. we found unclean bathrooms, and some amenities such as towels weren't replenished on time! High valet parking fees are frustrating, coupled with slow check-in processes.

For our four-night stay, the spacious two-queen suite was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, especially Dave, who offered great local recommendations. The breakfast was decent but ended relatively early at 9:30 AM. Be prepared for a short walk to King Street—about three blocks—but it felt safe and welcoming.

Request kitchen amenities in advance, as not all suites may be fully stocked upon arrival. It's helpful for meal preparation during your stay.

Some rooms seemed a bit dated and could use a facelift!!! The high valet parking fees felt a bit like a sneaky add-on!!! Parking options were not clearly communicated beforehand, which is frustrating!!!

The location is fantastic, just a block off King Street, perfect for exploring. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my stay due to renovations. Parking fees were also higher than expected. Overall, I had a decent experience, but some areas could use improvements.

We had a great time during our group vacation! The location was nice. we walked to the visitor center and explored the nearby market. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast offered was decent. Staff went out of their way to help us with local info.

One downside was a serious issue with housekeeping. I found a pair of dirty women's underwear left in my bathroom while checking in. This should have never happened. It made me doubt the cleanliness protocols.

The property was clean and well laid out, and I especially enjoyed the ceiling fan in the room! The outdoor pool looked inviting and there were plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. Just a small note—an ironing board would’ve been handy, but that didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

The location allowed me to explore nearby attractions easily. I had issues with housekeeping, like needing extra towels, which was frustrating. Also, the breakfast became chaotic at times, and there were moments when food items ran out. My stay was in March 2024, and as a traveler from Rome, I loved experiencing American hospitality on my adventures.
