I recently stayed at Comfort Suites in Jonesboro for a 14-day road trip and it exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was easy and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for charging devices. Despite large events happening, the hallway was quiet at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel at ease throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a Comfort Suites in Jonesboro for Senior Day at ASU. Ms. Suzie was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast surpassed other hotels I've stayed at, and the towels were excellent. Despite a power outage from a rainstorm, the staff kept us informed and the power was restored in a timely manner. a great stay with exceptional service.

The phones in the room did not work properly and the volume was extremely low. The housekeeping service was not up to par, as they did not vacuum the rugs, the tub drainage was poor, and they did not clean certain areas of the room.

This hotel is conveniently located near different local restaurants and a Perkins restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Plus, the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
