My partner and I stayed at Comfort Suites for a week while attending a magic show in town. The hotel staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free coffee service and the cozy fireplace in the lobby. The canteen had a unique selection of items that we hadn't seen in other hotels. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore downtown and visit the nearby stores.

Despite the overall great experience, I would kindly suggest that the hotel consider preparing eggs without automatically adding cheese. While I understand that cheese is generally loved in Wisconsin, it's important to cater to those who have allergies to dairy products.

Great location, just off the strip and close enough to the action. the hotel offers clean rooms and friendly staff. the included breakfast is a big plus, with a variety of options including eggs, sausage, cereals, and yogurts.

The check, in process was a bit slow and confusing, especially for reward stays. the fire pit area was not well, lit and the propane tanks were empty, which was disappointing.

We chose Comfort Suites for our 35th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Mr. Smith at the desk was kind and attentive, offering us a complimentary bottle of wine and wine glasses. The room with a king size bed was spacious and pleasant, with a super comfortable bed. The shower was relaxing and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff during breakfast was helpful and respectful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We also enjoyed using the provided BBQ grill for a dinner, thanks to the accommodating manager.

We loved this place! It was situated so close to all the attractions. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and free toiletries provided. The room facilities were excellent, and the staff was very helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. We were able to check-in early and were given lots of information about places to check out. We appreciated the hotel's well-designed indoor swimming pool area, and the staff was able to accommodate our need for a late check-out.
