As youngsters, we really appreciated the friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The AC was surprisingly quiet, and the bathroom was spacious and functional. The location was convenient, with banks, stores, and restaurants nearby. a very nice room that was priced right.

The air conditioner in our room worked perfectly, ensuring we stayed cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were very accommodating and quickly resolved any issues we encountered, such as when the shower in our original room wasn't working. They promptly moved us to a new room and made sure we were well satisfied. Additionally, when we needed to change our accommodation from 3 nights to 2 nights, they were extremely helpful and made the process seamless. The breakfast and dinner options provided were also quite satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

We did notice that the hotel was undergoing repairs and there was an issue with the exit door near the workout room not closing properly, which raised safety concerns. We hope these issues are addressed before future stays.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and the tub had good water pressure. The location was convenient for getting to Newport, and the shuttle service to downtown was a great way to avoid parking hassles. We also enjoyed the delicious meal at Portafino, and the TV and phone service were satisfactory. Having a small refrigerator in the room was a nice bonus.

Loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short distance from the beach and the beautiful cliff walk area. It was perfect for our romantic escape. the room had a lovely refrigerator, which was great for keeping our drinks cold. Another great aspect was the presence of grab bars in the bathroom, which provided added safety and convenience.

The general conditions of the hotel were not up to par, as the walls were too thin and did not insulate noise well. We unfortunately had to change rooms late at night due to excessive party noise from neighboring rooms.
