The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The spacious suite was equipped with two charming fridges and a cozy fireplace, making our stay comfortably enjoyable. The rooftop breakfast area offers stunning views, enhancing our morning experience.

The parking situation could be a bit challenging during busy times.

The views from the rooftop were stunning, making for a perfect sunset picnic. The room was spacious with unique decor, and the free breakfast had surprisingly good coffee and fun waffle makers.

the room had a flickering lamp and a non-functioning headboard light, which woudl ve been nice to know before I got there. also, the noise from the roofers started at the crack of dawn, totally ruining my peace. I could've almost given a good review, but I was expecting a complimentary bottle of wine and got nothing instead.

Great location! ! Easy to walk to the waterfront for restaurants and shops. The breakfast setup was decent, and everything was clean. Check-in was quick too!

I enjoyed waking up to the stunning views of Morro Rock. The complimentary wine tasting each evening was a delightful touch, and the staff felt genuinely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quite varied, with freshly made salsa and a waffle maker that added a fun twist.

However, the room's decor felt a bit outdated, and the lack of a shower curtain made bath time a little messy. Additionally, parking spaces were limited, which can be a hassle during peak times.

Check-in was seamless, and the spacious king room offered exceptional comfort, complete with a cozy fireplace. The location is prime, just a stroll away from various restaurants. However, check-in was interrupted by painters, which wasn't communicated beforehand. The breakfast choices were limited, and I hoped for more than just instant oatmeal, especially at that price point. While there were cobwebs by the window and bird droppings on the balcony, the stunning views from the room were definitely a highlight.

Loved the fab location and the comfy king beds! Rooms are spacious enough to throw a little dance party, if you’re into that sort of thing! Wish I could take that view home with me.

Had a noisy neighbor who fancied themselves a morning rooster—6 am wake-up calls are not my jam. Also, check-in took ages. I almost set up camp in the lobby!

Ascot Suites in Morro Bay exceeded my expectations with friendly staff and spectacular room views of Morro Rock! The wine pour was such a delight. Can't wait to go back!
