The housekeeping staff knocked on the door multiple times between 10 and 11 AM, which was annoying. The bathroom tile looked new and nice, but it seemed that the renovations were not complete as there was a large gap between the wallpaper and tile.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at Comfort Suites. Despite being sold out of accessible rooms, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to find us a comfortable room for our elderly parents and 13-year-old. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and the pool was warm. The breakfast had some unique touches like flavored syrup and avocado, making it more enjoyable than the typical hotel breakfast. We also enjoyed a nice meal at the nearby O'Charley's. we highly recommend this hotel.

The parking was good and there was ample space available. the room was spacious and clean, with a Keurig coffeemaker and a strong shower. the playlist in the hotel was amazing, with classic rock songs playing during check-in, breakfast, and check-out. It added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with overcooked eggs and overdue boiled eggs. Also, there was no yogurt option available without sucralose, which can be inconvenient for those with stomach issues.
