The room was lovely, with a peaceful and modern design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows and a fluffy duvet. this place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a room with an adjoining door, and unfortunately, our neighbor was quite noisy late at night. However, the front desk was very understanding and promptly addressed the issue. I recently stayed at The Westin in Calgary for a business trip. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and essential oil. The on-site Starbucks was a great perk as well. The staff at the hotel were excellent and very accommodating. They didn't charge for every little thing, and the amenities were excellent. I believe this hotel is the best in the city.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the free room upgrade at The Westin Calgary. The easy access to restaurants, including Starbucks, was a great convenience. The pool and sauna facilities were a much-appreciated addition. The staff at the hotel were extremely competent and anticipated our needs, providing excellent and prompt service. They even provided menus to recommended restaurants!

The Executive Tower room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, making us feel relaxed and at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to fully unwind.

During my recent business trip, I was pleased with the spacious and well-appointed rooms, offering a comfortable stay. The friendly and accommodating staff made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient downtown location, within close proximity to the shopping areas and popular attractions, made it easy for me to explore the city during my free time.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the maintenance issues with the room, such as the non-working floor lamp and the bathroom floor condition, were not properly addressed despite reporting them to the front desk.

With its prime location downtown, it's easy to explore Calgary and get around, thanks to the close proximity to the c-train and easy access to public transport. The hotel also boasts its convenience, being close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. Dust was found throughout the room, suggesting a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process.
