Unfortunately, my experience at The Westin Calgary was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of my room was subpar, with noticeable dust and stains in the bathroom, which made me question the hotel's upkeep. Additionally, I was hit with unexpected fees on top of the high room rate, and the lack of adequate parking space really exacerbated my frustration during my stay.

I was drawn to this gem with its excellent location near many stores and restaurants. The clean, spacious suite was perfect for my family of five. Enjoying stunning views from the gym and pool added to the experience. Plus, having a Starbucks and The Keg right in the lobby was incredibly convenient!

Had a few bugs with the room—floors were a tad dirty, and a couple of amenities were closed or lacked essentials. The breakfast was a chaos, with cold food and a messy buffet that could use some attention. Also, the unexpected fees and high parking costs might catch you off guard if you're not careful.

Not perfect, but worth it

Incredible location, spacious suite for our family, gym and pool had stunning views. Convenient dining options with Starbucks and Keg on-site. Exceptional value for its downtown setting.

Room noise was evident, and the hotel layout is somewhat awkward with multiple elevator banks. Parking garage could use improvements as well.
