My stay at Urso Hotel & Spa was a luxurious experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I loved the high ceilings and the small balcony that provided a nice view. The bathroom felt like a spa, and I enjoyed the in-room coffee machine and the local snacks in the mini bar. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay in a conveniently located hotel. The hotel was close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and ample closet space. The bathroom had thick towels and a good selection of amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we even received complimentary wine and tapas upon arrival. The hotel also had a great spa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

We had requested an early check-in, but our room was not ready upon arrival. We were offered an upgrade for an additional fee, but the room was not actually an upgrade.

During my New Year's stay, I absolutely loved the complimentary welcome drink and fruit basket that were waiting for me upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby attractions. I also appreciated the comfortable bed and luxurious amenities that were provided.

While my stay was overall fantastic, I did wish that there were more vegetarian options available for breakfast. the noise from the street outside was occasionally bothersome during the night.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel truly fulfilled my needs for a relaxing getaway. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and massages that left me feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was a perfect escape from the Madrid heat, and the sauna and jacuzzi offered a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the room lighting, which was too low for my taste at times. Despite this, the beautiful decor of the room and exclusive room advantages more than made up for it.
