During my stay at Comfort Suites West, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location near various dining options and a nearby HEB for snacks and beverages. The pool area was well maintained, and I found the parking to be easily accessible. The morning staff was professional, and the overnight staff exceeded my expectations.

While my room was generally clean and tidy, I did notice some debris around the refrigerator and what appeared to be dried up ketchup on the floor. Additionally, I had a room with a connecting door to the next room, which allowed me to hear the guests next to me quite well.

Our room was clean and the towels were fresh. The TV could be moved, allowing us to watch comfortably from the couch. The beds were also very comfortable.
