I had the pleasure of staying at this vintage hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for downtown activities. The staff was so helpful and friendly; I couldn't have asked for better service from any staff member, especially the receptionists. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent. Finally, the leisure facilities, including free wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and lift.
