I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a 5-night trip to explore the area. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the pillows provided were plentiful and fluffy, making for a comfortable and restful sleep. I usually struggle with hip pain when sleeping, but the bed was so comfortable that this was not an issue. Additionally, the hotel was impeccably clean and the friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite the slightly confusing location, it was a great place to unwind after a long day of travel. The highlight for me was the Jacuzzi tub, which was a wonderful treat after a day of exploring.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the noise from the nearby highway was quite noticeable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff at Comfort Suites really went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. When our kids were disappointed about missing out on swimming, they graciously allowed us to use the pool even though it was technically closed. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a great variety of options to start our day.

The staff, led by Heather the manager, were incredibly courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious free breakfasts each morning, and the yummy chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were a nice treat. Additionally, the hotel staff went out of their way to help us store a lost item securely.

The TV in the room was not in the best condition, with a remote that barely worked and no channel guide. It was difficult to navigate through the channels or even see what was currently playing.
