Palmetto Hotel is charming and well-designed. the room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Convenient location near excellent restaurants in a historic area of the city. Helpful valet parking service is a plus.

The location was perfect, with an array of excellent restaurants just steps away. The valet parking service was also a great convenience.

The coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. It was difficult to make it work properly and the coffee itself turned out to be quite bad.

Super cozy and extremely convenient location! Loved the helpful and friendly staff. They made check-in a breeze and gave us awesome tips on nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was wonderfully designed and had everything we needed for our Easter weekend. the breakfast, although limited, was tasty and healthy. the valet parking was a plus and made it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.
