The staff was helpful and friendly, and the pool was very clean. The newly remodeled room had a nice decor, and we especially loved the sofa bed for our kids. The bathroom and shower were great, and the front office staff was always pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, ensuring everyone could find something they enjoyed. It was a wonderful experience overall.

The best aspects of my stay were the comfortable queen beds with pillow top mattresses and the fact that the air conditioner in the room was not too noisy. Additionally, the refrigerator worked well, which was convenient for keeping drinks and snacks cold. The location of the hotel was also key, as it was situated near Vancouver Mall and other amenities.

The worst aspects of my stay were the noisy and uncaring staff. I had to constantly go up and down stairs to get service for things that didn't work, and the morning staff was not friendly at all.
