I stayed in the older wing, and it was quite disappointing. The room had noticeable wear and tear, with mildew stains on the tile and a refrigerator cabinet that looked poorly repaired. While the staff was friendly, the lack of proper maintenance overshadowed any good service I received during my stay.

Solid Stay, Great Location

We had a decent stay for three nights with our family. The hotel was alert about local activities and offered excellent wine tastings that added a special touch to our evenings. Keep in mind the valet parking fee of $20/night, and ask for a higher floor room for better vibes!

I had a pleasant three-night stay at the Courtyard Charleston Historic District during which the room was spacious and well-maintained. On the downside, noise from the street was noticeable, and the breakfast options could definitely use improvement. This hotel is great for those looking to explore Charleston's historic areas with ease.

The hotel’s location was super convenient for exploring the historic area, and it felt safe walking around. Our room was clean and comfy, just a stone's throw from local restaurants. Loved the cozy vibe in the lobby, too!

Sadly, we had to rebook rooms, and the desk staff seemed a bit clueless. My patience wore thinner than my hotel towel after hearing everyone's life stories in the hallway!

The staff here are top-notch! ! Had a great interaction with the folks at the café—they really nailed my order, and the breakfast was delicious with the egg white omelet! And the location? We walked everywhere, it was perfect for taking the kids around to all the sights.

It wasn't the cheapest stay, but honestly, worth every penny.
