We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff. The location was terrific, near upscale shopping and attractions like the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised by the view from my room at the Conrad NY. The big windows allowed me to enjoy a beautiful view of the Hudson River. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with ample storage space and a cozy sitting area. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a variety of restaurants and shops nearby, and a peaceful path along the Hudson River for evening walks. Although the breakfast at the hotel was quite average, I discovered a delightful bagel shop right next door where I could enjoy a delicious breakfast with a view of the river. my stay at the Conrad NY was amazing and I would definitely return.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view, and the Rainfall shower was a highlight. The hotel is located in a quiet area near Ground Zero, with shops conveniently located behind the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially in finding a room with a pull-out sofa bed for our child. The location made it easy to access attractions, such as the Brookfield ice skating rink and nearby museums.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the location was ideal, with easy access to the financial district and great shopping nearby. the staff were exceptional, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. They even stored my bags and gave me a digital key for a seamless check-in process. the room itself was incredibly spacious and made me feel important. the bathroom shower was like something out of a movie and I didn't want to leave. the turn down service was a nice touch, with peeled sheets, weather predictions, and a little sweet treat.

breakfast had long lines and even though I had gold status, I noticed that some people were seated before me. This created a bit of frustration and tension among guests.

I recently stayed at this awesome hotel in downtown NY and gotta say, it was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfy, with two big flat screen TVs - one for lounging and one for the bed. The location was spot on, right across from a cool shopping mall, and just a short walk from the World Trade Center. But what really made my stay memorable was the staff. They were super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. They even went above and beyond to get me a kettle and tea supplies instead of the coffee machine in my room. Now that's service!

Now, when it comes to the breakfast experience, there's just one little thing I wish could've been better. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities such as a Jacuzzi and beauty treatment, manicure, pedicure, and a fitness center.

The standard rooms were exceptional, with separate bedroom, bar/bath area, and living room. The use of oak furnishings added a softness to the contemporary decor. The rooms were supremely quiet with a beautiful river view. we would definitely return with our baby in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad! The hotel is located in Lower Manhattan, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful view of the Hudson River from Battery Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an extra bed provided for free, allowing us all to sleep comfortably. The location was great, with easy access to Manhattan and tourist areas. We could easily hail yellow cabs or use the nearby metro station. The hotel is within walking distance of the 9/11 Memorial Garden and offers beautiful views of the Hudson River. The staff was amazing, constantly checking in to ensure our stay was going well.
