Our room at Coral Sands had a charming ocean view that we absolutely loved. The staff was super friendly and offered little shade tents with chairs for the beach, which was a nice touch. there were some areas that could use some improvement. For starters, the bathroom sink was quite low, making it a bit challenging to use comfortably. The lack of a working fan in the bathroom was also a drawback, especially for ventilation. the toilet in our room was wobbly and noisy, which was a bit bothersome. Housekeeping was a bit hit-or-miss during our stay. We had issues with our room not being ready on time and housekeeping neglecting our room for most of the week. It took a complaint for maintenance to come and address the overflowing trash and used towels. The presence of a wedding during our stay also caused disruptions, with limited parking and restricted access to certain areas of the property for paying guests. the property's location right on the beach was fantastic, and the pool area was well-maintained. Our room had a kitchen setup, which was convenient, although a few more dishes and silverware would have been appreciated. The TV in our room was a bit finicky, requiring assistance from maintenance to get it working properly. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still enjoyable, thanks to the great staff and lovely ocean views.

We have been staying at this hotel for years and the location is perfect for us. It is close to everything in the area but still in a less touristy spot. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The parking is convenient and there are no issues with transportation. The best part is the location on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access. The staff is friendly and helpful, always providing us with local directions and going above and beyond to ensure our stay is enjoyable.

The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient. I was upgraded to a cottage, which came with its own parking space. the beds were comfy and the room was clean. We had excellent access to the beach, making it convenient to spend Christmas by the ocean. the location was perfect and the view from the room was excellent. It was great to have a heated pool on-site, especially during the colder winter days.

There was a lack of housekeeping services, but we understood the reasons behind it. the elevators were tiny, which made it difficult for larger groups to fit in at once.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say I was impressed. The location was perfect for me as it was right at the ocean. The staff were friendly, from reservation to check-out, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked with amenities. The leisure swimming pool was fantastic and there were always sun loungers available. The room too was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities and ironing facilities, and had a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV.
