The Royal Sonesta Harbor Court features impressively spacious rooms with stunning harbor views, providing a unique character. improvements in cleanliness and staff training would elevate the stay, as well as reevaluating additional fees for amenities like microwaves and parking.

Room service was lacking; they skimped on towels and coffee supplies. Enjoyed the lovely location and friendly staff.

The room was spacious and clean, offering ample space for my daughters and me to unwind. I loved the harbor view; it was breathtaking, especially at night. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's rest. the lack of a microwave was a surprise. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room cozy. I did have a concern regarding noise levels; I encountered a mouse at night, which was unsettling. The staff responded promptly, but the issue made me feel uneasy about my stay. the room had potential but required some improvements.

Upon checking in at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court, our room wasn't ready, so we had to settle for a different room. Despite the initial hiccup, the property itself is stunning, especially its proximity to Inner Harbour, which was a definite highlight. The art gallery and bee statue added a unique touch to the ambiance. The shower in the room was a pleasant surprise with its waterfall shower head, providing a relaxing experience. there were a few disappointments. The lack of a private entrance and missing bathrobes from the room, as advertised, was a letdown. The $100 holding fee for incidentals seemed unnecessary, and the vending machine in the Art Gallery area felt out of place, diminishing the overall experience. One aspect that stood out was the location, offering easy access to the harbour and a charming Christmas market. The room setup was a bit off, as the bed placement didn't allow for a clear view of the harbour as expected. Stained sheets and outdated TV technology also detracted from the overall comfort. The hotel staff's response to payment issues faced by an employee was disappointing, showing inflexibility with last-minute accommodations. The Christmas tree in the courtyard, while grand, could have used more festive decorations to enhance the holiday spirit. Despite minor inconveniences like a lack of creamer for the in-room coffee and a delayed check-in process, the hotel's convenient location and attentive front desk staff somewhat made up for these shortcomings.

The noise from the elevator was unbearable, especially in the early mornings and late evenings. I couldn't get a decent night's sleep, which totally ruined what should've been a relaxing getaway.

Great location with amazing views of the harbor and close to restaurants and attractions. The attentive staff made the stay pleasant. The spacious deluxe king room was comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that we enjoyed. Additionally, the pool and gym facilities were a nice bonus for my daughters and me during our stay.

Parking was inconvenient, requiring a walk from the garage to the hotel entrance outside. The entrance and exit system had issues, causing inconvenience.

The service was fantastic and the staff extremely nice. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus! Would DEFINITELY stay again. Better in person than in photos. So good!

Spacious rooms. The staff ranged from exceptionally kind to merely functional. Room upgrades were a nice touch for celebratory stays. Amenities need improvement; outdated TVs, high parking fees, and minimal breakfast choices feel off. Minor maintenance issues hindered comfort. With better coordination and guest-focused service, this place could shine. Customer experience deserves more attention.

The harbor views from our room were absolutely stunning and the convenience of walking to iconic attractions like the Maryland Science Center, National Aquarium, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards in less than a mile made our weekend so enjoyable; after strolling the scenic waterfront, we loved treating ourselves to delicious bites at nearby restaurants like Bubba Gump Shrimp Co and Moe's Southwest Grill, plus the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. However, there were a couple of issues with our room's cleanliness that could use some attention.

The location is great for meetings and walking distance to good food. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially Tony at the bell desk.

It wasn’t cheap but worth it for the service.
