Shockingly, the local policy caused embarrassment and inconvenience. However, the hotel's cleanliness, beautiful design, and great breakfast were notable.

I had a comfortable and convenient stay at the hotel. the room was perfect - quiet, clean, and spacious. the hot tub was a great addition to relax after a long drive. the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the issues with the a/c and parking lot could be improved for a better guest experience.

We had a blast exploring Asheville with our friends. We paddled down the French Broad River with an awesome guide from Asheville Adventure Co and laughed our way through some hilarious comedy routines at Asheville's largest event venue. The location was super convenient, and the greenways nearby were perfect for chilling and biking.

If there was one thing missing, it would be a cool rooftop area at the hotel where we could hang out and have some late-night fun!

This hotel was the cleanest I have experienced in several stays with different hotels in the past year. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our check-in and stay very pleasant. the location was perfect, just minutes away from Downtown and popular attractions like the Biltmore and Lexington Glassworks. the breakfast had a great selection and the housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring our room was always tidy and comfortable.

One thing that could be improved is the need for better insulation in the rooms. We could hear conversations from outside and the room next door, which was a bit disruptive.
