The hotel is super clean with everything looking new. The breakfast room is spacious and coffee is available all day.

I loved how easy it was to stroll to a variety of dining options, with a 24-hour Waffle House right next door and several other restaurants like Chili's and Panera Bread just a short walk away; plus, I found that it only took me about five minutes to drive into downtown Asheville, where I could explore beautiful sites such as the Asheville Art Museum and the Downtown Art District, making it the perfect base for our weekend city adventures, and the free breakfast and clean rooms were definitely a nice touch, but the renovations could use a little more attention for clarity.

I had a pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites Asheville. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed offered excellent comfort. Breakfast was diverse, featuring hot options like eggs and sausage. The ideal location near attractions made it a convenient choice for my trip.

The fire alarm went off at 7 AM, I called the front desk and got no answer. Turns out it was just burnt popcorn, but come on, they need to be more responsive!

The staff were accommodating, and the pool area was a hit with my grandson. an uncommunicated $50 hold on check-in caught me off guard, and the hard bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, but an early fire alarm due to burnt popcorn followed by a power outage was frustrating, especially without prompt desk support. Mask enforcement was lacking, which felt unsafe given the current health climate. A few improvements needed, but the hotel had potential. Would consider returning.
