Arriving late after a long day, we booked a last-minute room at Woodenbridge. The room was clean with a nice size and a bright, spacious feel. The balcony offered a stunning view. The staff were warm, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast with delicious homemade brown bread. The bar menu had many choices, and we particularly loved the panko mushrooms and the top-class ribeye steak. The hotel's location, opposite the attractive golf course, added to the overall experience. We will definitely be back.

The pillows and sheets in our room were made of nylon, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The bed itself was also not to our liking.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the restaurant had delicious meals, with the beef rib being highly recommended. the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by stunning scenery and close to attractions like the Meeting of the Waters.

The lodge accommodation was a bit inconvenient, as we had to cross a road to get to the main hotel. This was especially difficult in cold and rainy weather, especially with young children.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the vale of Avoca. The location of the hotel, nestled in Woodenbridge, was absolutely beautiful. The old world charm of the hotel, along with the friendly staff and delicious breakfast, made our experience truly delightful. We were lucky to stay in room 205, which was fabulous and left us feeling totally rejuvenated. I'm already looking forward to my next break away in this stunning location.
